I would like to know if it is halach wise OK to go out eating with the wife in restaraunts

if it is, why is there no nice ones in williamsburg if its is not ok, why not

I went last night to a great restaurant called Island Grill. It's located on Coney Island Ave. between S & T. it was recently bought off by a chasidishe yingerman. The food is great, the atmosphere is pleasant and the prices are not too bad. It has the hashguche of Harav Yisroel Goornish a Biyaner Chusid (a ungeniminer hechsher).
